Flowers make me happy. They elicit poems and paintings out of me. Here's one such poem, Yellow Flowers..

Behold the lush bushes of the yellow flowers,
And the vast plain land that it covers.
The clouds brought upon dullness to the day,
Yet so bright these yellow flowers lay.
Freshness to the place the Yellow flowers bring,
Hearts with happiness danceth and sing.
Though loud silence all around prevails, With the glow of its color everybody it hails.
Engulfed with ecstasy will be the mind of one, Awestruck at the masterpiece the nature has spun. Filling your senses with gushing gaiety,
Is the magic of their scintillating beauty.
They take you to a place you never knew existed, You wish, all your life that moment persisted. Inexplicable go those feelings that I felt, When to take a closer look at them, I knelt.
To be in that place, wasn't I glad? To drink in the Yellow flowers and the bushes they had clad! Yellow, a color so fine,
Yellow, the color of sunshine!!
