Commissioning a unique piece of art is a collaborative process. To ensure your masterpiece is everything you imagined, I follow these five simple steps:

Step 2
Consultation & Vision
Next, we’ll dive into the details. Send over multiple high-resolution photographs. During this stage, we’ll finalize:

The best photograph for a compelling painting

The color palette and overall theme

Any additional elements you want me to add to the composition

Step 3
Agreement & Deposit
Once we are aligned on the vision, we’ll both sign a standard artist contract to protect your interests and mine. To secure your spot on my calendar, a 50% upfront deposit is required.
Step 4
The Creative Process
This is where the magic happens! I’ll keep you updated every step of the way with progress photos. Once the painting is finished, you’ll have the opportunity to request minor revisions to ensure every brushstroke is just right.
Step 5
Final Approval & Delivery
After you’ve approved the final artwork, the remaining 50% balance is due. Once received, I will carefully wrap your painting in professional packaging and ship it directly to your door, ready to be displayed.
Pro Tip: Planning for a birthday or anniversary? Since quality art takes time, please reach out at least a month before your deadline to ensure your painting arrives for the big day!
